    At Dentira, I architected and developed features such as external APIs and Webhooks for consumption by various Lab Management Systems, several dashboards for rebate and case management, etc., using AWS SQS, GraphQL, and Next.js in the process. These initiatives optimized data retrieval performance and enabled real-time synchronization of cases and financial analytics. It includes features like bidirectional communication between server and clients, a matchmaking system, state management and data storage using SQLite, and a health check system.
